Flow into stillness: Yang to Yin workshop

This isn't just a yoga class... It's a journey back to balance

Join us at Oru Space, East Dulwich, for a nourishing 3-hour yoga experience to reset the mind and body on Saturday, 12 July, 3–6pm. The workshop is designed to move you from dynamic yang energy to deep calm yin energy.

We'll begin with an energising Vinyasa flow to awaken and energise the body, gently transitioning into a Yin practice to soften and release tension, slow down and and find stillness. From there, you'll be guided into meditation to quiet the mind, before finishing with a deeply relaxing sound healing session – the perfect end to your week and complete your journey of rest and renewal.

This is a beautiful opportunity to meet like-minded souls, connect with yourself on a deeper level, and leave feeling grounded, spacious and renewed.
